Position Summary
Monitors dairy plant production processes, including milk receiving, separation, standardization, pasteurization, and batching, following Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Ensures accurate paperwork and charts, troubleshoots issues, and communicates concerns to management.
Follows safety practices: observes confined‑space guidelines, wears required personal protective equipment, monitors chemical handling and fall restraints, and maintains sanitation of equipment, CIP, and hand‑cleaning procedures. Reports safety concerns to leadership.
Supports continuous improvement by maintaining process and equipment performance data, operating and cleaning equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime, and monitoring fats, total solids, allergens, and cryoscopes associated with dairy processing to ensure quality and efficiency.
Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and recommends improvement opportunities while adapting to change and feedback.
Compensation$21.90 – $27.40 per hour
* * Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional premium compensation may be paid.

Minimum Qualifications• 1 year’s experience in a distribution or production environment (e.g., logistics, dairy plant, food processing, or manufacturing).
Preferred QualificationsContinuous Improvement, Distribution, Food – Dairy Processing, Food – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
