Position Summary
Supports production operations by setting up workstations with required products and packaging materials. Rotates through tasks such as operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines while monitoring barcoding systems, and overseeing tray packaging machines. Completes changeovers safely and efficiently. Visually monitors conveyor lines for damaged bottles. Performs quality inspections and verifies sample compliance with specifications. Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Ensures compliance with food safety and quality system requirements. Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures. Maintains communication with departments, management, and associates, promptly reporting any issues that could hinder production efficiency. Applies a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancement and records production and/or quality data. Utilizes company policies, data, and resources to prioritize tasks, collaborate with managers and co‑workers, and adapt to change and feedback.
Builds strong relationships, mentors others, and operates with integrity and respect for all individuals.

- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
