Role Description

The 2nd shift Process Tech is a full-time, on-site role based in Valdosta, GA. This role is responsible for monitoring and adjusting production processes, including equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting to support efficient manufacturing of infrastructure products. The Process Tech will perform routine inspections, collect and interpret process data, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Daily responsibilities include working with production teams to resolve process issues, documenting process changes, performing basic preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires effective communication with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate workflow and maintain a safe and organized work environment during 2nd shift operations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in process or production operations, including monitoring, adjusting, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic mechanical and technical concepts, with the ability to perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
  • Understanding of safety and quality standards in an industrial or manufacturing setting, with attention to detail and compliance.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, process documentation, and production data to support process control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing production demands and priorities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse production and maintenance teams.
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift on-site in Valdosta, GA, including standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or related industries is beneficial.
