Physician Assistantor Nurse Practitioner (Contract)

Primary clinic provides primary care and occupational health to a diverse patient population.

Mon & Wed 7:00–4:30 p, Tues 7:00–9:00 a, Thurs 7:00–12:00 p, Fri 7:00–1:00 p

6/22‑7/31 with possibility of extension or direct placement

$62‑76 /hr DOE (Estimated Min Rate $62.00, Estimated Max Rate $76.00)

• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintain patient health records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

• All state licenses/certifications to practice
• BLS upon hire
• Primary care experience required
• Occupational health experience preferred
