Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for group home opportunities in Valdosta, GA. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

• Utilize EMRsto record patients’ medical information and vital signs
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, and support with ambulation as needed
• Obtain and document vital signs and other resident observations as assigned
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or overall well-being to the nursing team
• Respond promptly to resident requests and provide compassionate resident-centered care
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding support when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active LPN Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in ICF/IID or related fields
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

• Active and unencumbered

• Tuberculosis (TB) Test
• DBHDD Fingerprints
• Flu Vaccine (during Flu season)
