Role: Dialysis Registered Nurse Floater responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in dialysis clinics.
Responsibilities- Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatments, including physical assessments and monitoring patients during procedures.
- Complete and document assessments, review medication profiles, and administer medications per physician orders.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure staffing requirements are met according to regulations and center needs.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and legal regulations, participating in staff meetings and ongoing education.
- Current nursing license in the relevant state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Preferred:
One or more years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis.
Compassionate, team-oriented, detail-focused, committed to patient safety and quality care.
