Monitor Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Clean In Place (CIP) systems to ensure compliance;
Assist with internal audits, pathogen swabbing, root cause analysis, and corrective actions;
Conduct sanitation activities to maintain facility and equipment;
Maintain sanitation supplies, tools, and utensils;
Ensure compliance with government food safety and quality standards (e.g., FSMA, GMP, SQF) through testing and evaluations.
