Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a driven and hands on Retail Store Manager to lead our Valdosta, GA location. This is a full time, on site leadership role responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, developing team talent, and ensuring a best in class customer experience.

This role requires someone who can balance people leadership with operational execution owning results, holding standards, and setting the tone for the store.

• Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve sales, margin, and service goals
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high performing sales and operations team
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations with professionalism
• Drive sales performance through execution, coaching, and accountability
• Oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, and floor flow
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation
• Analyze performance metrics and take proactive action to improve results
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Serve as the primary point of leadership, communication, and accountability for the store

• Proven experience in Retail Store Management with team leadership responsibility
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead from the floor and set clear expectations
• Experience in furniture, mattress, or appliance retail is a strong plus
