Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in controlling the store assets and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Supervise store staff in the manager's absence and support recruitment, training, and evaluation;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments to maintain quality customer service;
Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store;
Ensure profitability by monitoring inventory movement, sales statistics, and expenses while upholding company policies
