Guide and direct the operation of a specific zone on the store floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery for the zone;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, and inventory processes meet expectations;
Oversee stocking and receipt of merchandise and ensure sales floor is properly stocked;
Schedule and staff for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor and drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up;
Perform all Team Leader duties to open and close the store when needed
