Description

Worthmann Roofing is hiring Residential Roofing Sales Consultants in the Valdosta, GA area.

This is a field‑based sales role for someone who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, and closing roofing and exterior remodeling projects. You’ll meet with customers, inspect properties, recommend solutions, and help homeowners move forward with roofing, siding, window, and exterior improvement projects.

This role offers uncapped earning potential, company‑provided tools, training, and the opportunity to build a strong sales career with an established roofing company.

First‑year earning potential: $100,000+ for strong performers.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing and exterior remodeling needs
  • Inspect properties and recommend the right solutions
  • Present products, pricing, and project options clearly
  • Convert pre‑scheduled leads into customers
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, canvassing, and local prospecting
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Partner with production and operations teams to create a smooth customer experience
  • Represent Worthmann Roofing professionally in the field
Who You Are
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Roofing, home improvement, construction, or commission sales experience is a plus
  • Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑driven
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Organized and consistent with follow‑up
  • Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing roofs when needed
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
