Bilingual Sales Representative

Performance Food Group is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to drive growth in our wholesale food distribution business. In this customer-facing role, you will build and manage a territory of restaurant, school, healthcare, and hospitality accounts, leveraging your English and Spanish skills to understand customer needs and recommend product solutions. You will prospect, present, and close sales, coordinate with logistics to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries, and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Grow wholesale food sales to assigned accounts in designated territory
• Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) outreach, prospecting, and customer presentations
• Develop relationships with restaurants, schools, healthcare and hospitality customers
• Understand customer menus and product needs to recommend PFG solutions
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and close sales
• Enter and track orders accurately using CRM and sales systems
• Partner with operations and logistics to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
• Monitor sales metrics, territory performance, and pipeline activity
• Resolve service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Attend training on product lines, food safety, and sales techniques
