The Lead Residential/Commercial Journeyman Electrician is a hands-on leadership role
. You will oversee and perform a variety of electrical projects, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. This role requires:

• Technical expertise in all aspects of electrical work
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor and train other electricians
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency

As a Lead Electrician at Elite Construction, you will:

• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality completion
• Mentor and train junior electricians and apprentices
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes
• Maintain excellent relationships with homeowners, business owners, and team members
• Uphold strict safety standards on all projects
