• Assist with commercial and local construction projects, primarily site cleanup and yard work.
• Operate equipment safely, including loaders, backhoes, excavators, track hoes, skid steers and hand tools.
• Perform general duties of lesser‑skilled trades, supporting level workers as needed.
• Ensure safety as first priority and comply with OSHA, company policies and local agencies.
• Travel to job sites two days a week and conduct equipment operation and site cleanup.
• Run lawn mower and perform other general yard maintenance tasks.

• Must have a CDL and be able to drive a truck with a trailer.
• Must hold a driver’s license and own a vehicle; no exceptions.
• Previous construction experience preferred but training will be provided.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Must supply own steel‑toed boots.

• Knowledge of common powered tools.
• Skilled in working with a group to meet deadlines in complex environments.
• Ability to focus on safety and wear PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hardhat, and other protective clothing.
• Ability to negotiate ladders and work on scaffolds at various heights.
• Ability to manipulate hand tools and equipment requiring both hands.
• Ability to stand continuously for a 12‑hour shift and lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs constantly.

• Repetitive motion of shoulders, arm, hands, wrists and fingers.
• Lifting and maneuvering heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for long periods of time without sitting.
• Exposed to repetitive walking, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, reaching over the head and twisting.
• Work at various heights, in hot or cold weather, with loud noises, dust and fumes.

Base pay $16.00–$19.00 per hour depending on experience.

Full‑time position, 40+ hours Monday thru Friday with weekend work; shift 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional overtime.

Must have reliable transportation.
