• Monday through Friday work week (8am to 5pm) – no weekend work.

Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour.

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs.
• Civil carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work.
• Basic plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.

• 3+ years of handyman experience.
• Own a truck or van and tools.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Collaborative, optimistic, and reliable.
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades including plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, siding, and fencing.
• Ready to start immediately (preferred).

• Presentable appearance with clean‑cut look.
• Decent looking vehicle.
• Organized tools and equipment knowledge.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on the job.
