• Perform a variety of repair and remodeling tasks across multiple trades.
• Inspect properties, communicate findings and potential additional work to customers.
• Use electronic scheduling, notes, and invoicing devices.
• Maintain a clean-cut appearance, a decent vehicle, and organized tools.
• Earn the customer's confidence, suggest additional services, and maintain high integrity.
• Be punctual, efficient, and focused on customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, siding, and fencing.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly and resolve problems professionally.
• Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Strong will to complete tasks in a timely, professional manner.
• Independent thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
