Elite Construction is seeking GENERAL LABOR- CONSTRUCTION CLEAN‑UP to assist with our many commercial and local projects we have going on in our area.

• Must have a CDL.
• Must be able to drive truck with a trailer.
• Must be able to travel two days a week.
• Must have a driver's license and a car (no exceptions).

• This position requires the safe and efficient operation of various equipment including loaders, backhoes, excavators, track hoes, and skid steers. Most days you will be working the yard/physical labor.
• We are looking for someone who is a team player and quick with problem solving, with plenty of equipment operating and room to move up.
• Need someone who is willing to put in the time and grow and move up in the company.
• Assists level workers by performing specific or general duties of a lesser skill of the trade.
• Makes safety the first priority and complies with all directives including OSHA and company policies.
• Knowledge of common powered tools.
• Skilled in working with a group of people to accomplish project deadlines and complex environments.
• Ability to demonstrate a focus on safety and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hardhat, and other protective clothing.
• Ability to negotiate ladders, including climbing up and down and remaining stationary while conducting work.
• Ability to negotiate scaffolds and other elevated platforms from numerous levels of height.
• Ability to manipulate hand tools and other equipment with which may require both hands.
• Ability to stand continuously for a 12‑hour shift and perform physically demanding activities: exert or lift in excess of 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and up to 20 lbs constantly.
• Ability to run lawn mower.

• Repetitive motion of shoulders, arm, hands, wrists and fingers.
• Lifting and maneuvering heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for long periods without sitting.
• Exposed to repetitive walking, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, squatting, climbing, kneeling, reaching over the head and twisting.

• Performing work at various heights.
• Exposed to weather conditions depending on the location and time of year.
• Performing work on uneven terrain, unfinished building structures, and general construction areas.
• Work occurs primarily in the on‑site environment and may be indoors or outdoors. May sometimes involve heights, exposure to hot or cold weather, loud noises, dust, and fumes.

• Must pass a drug screening.
• Must undergo a background check.
• Must supply own steel‑toed boots.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Overtime required.

40+ hours Monday thru Friday with weekend work. 7:00 am – shift till 5:00 pm with some overtime.

Full time position.

$16.00–$19.00 depending on experience.
