• Carpentry

• Drywall
• Siding
• Fencing (wood, vinyl, chain link, metal)

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs.
• Carpentry, drywall repair, finishing, and texturing.
• Painting, tile work, basic plumbing, and electrical.
• Fence repair and a broad range of construction techniques.
• Maintain full working knowledge of home repair resources.

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience.
• Own truck or van and tools.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Self‑starter, dependable, and on time.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable.
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades.
• Proficient in electronic scheduling, estimating, and invoicing software.
• Positive thinking, competitive, and committed to excellence.
• Ability to start immediately (plus).

• Know which tools are needed for specific tasks; having them is preferred.

• Presentable appearance; clean‑cut appearance, clean vehicle.
• Organized tools.
• Strong communication skills with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and customers.

Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour.
