Valdosta, GA Pay Rate: $27.00 – $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

12-Hour Rotating Shifts | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 12-hour shifts
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Steel-toe boots required; company-issued PPE must be worn
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment
• Must follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and company safety procedures

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Repair and maintain conveyors, production machinery, and other industrial equipment
• Perform equipment inspections and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability
• Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
