• Perform residential HVAC installations
• Diagnose and complete service calls
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain high-quality workmanship standards

• Strong communication skills in English
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to complete a hands-on skills test
• EPA Certification (required)
• Willing to obtain NATE Certification
• Must live in the Valdosta area

• Hourly pay: $24–$35 (based on experience)
