This postdoctoral fellow is in the psychology child and adolescent division. The position serves as a clinical provider, researcher, and teaching/supervisor assistant within the Department of Psychiatry and Health Behavior, with a significant role in the Psychology Division, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry division, and the psychology internship program.

• Perform systematic research, collaborating on departmental research projects and conducting own research.
• Review articles prepared by others.
• Supervise psychology interns; teach didactics and seminars weekly to medical students, interns, and residents on a series of mental health topics.
• Provide clinical psychotherapy services to children and adolescents in various clinics within MCG/AU.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

• Ph.D. or equivalent from an accredited college or university.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to complete work and meet deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to work with research animals.
• Ability to work independently with only general supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases, or willingness to learn.

• Shift: Days, Monday‑Friday; work outside normal business hours may be required.
• Salary:
  Commensurate with qualifications within the established range (generally minimum‑midpoint) of the position.
• Recruitment Period: 1/27/26 – Until Filled.
