CDL A Regional Driver Trainee

Valdosta, GA365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes serving the Southeast and Eastern U.S. Schedules are designed to keep drivers closer to home for those based in Valdosta and surrounding areas.

Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training

Weekly pay by direct deposit

Regional routes across the Southeast and Eastern U.S.Schedules designed to keep drivers closer to home Brand-new Volvo VNL tractors

Drop-and-hook dry van freight for more predictable loading and unloading

Route and role details:

Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills

Transition into solo regional assignments upon successful completion of training

Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Southeast and Eastern U.S.Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDLGraduate of an accredited CDL school

Clean motor vehicle record

Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings

Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication

No prior over-the-road experience required
