Central Oregon Truck Company is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for flatbed freight. Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year with $0.60 per mile base pay plus up to 4 CPM incentives and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks. Loyalty pay starts day one, with additional $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay to reward consistency.
OTR and regional routes available, with home time every 2–3 weeks depending on location. Orientation pay of $1,250 is provided so you’re paid from day one.
