Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse Lead is an integral part of the Operations Team by ensuring accurate inventory levels and leading receiving processes for production.

• Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods
• Define and implement receiving and shipping processes, improving material flow in the plant
• Control inventory levels by conducting cycle counts and reconciling with the warehouse team
• Coordinate and organize staging and shipping of products
• Analyze root causes for inventory discrepancies and develop corrective action plans to resolve issues
• Support training of new warehouse employees or others interacting with the warehouse
• Identify and find new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures
• Maintain and update key performance indicators

• Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization's goals and objectives
• Ability to think strategically and interact with all levels of the organization
• Problem solver with the ability to innovate and improve processes
• High ethical standards
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with ERP software strongly desired
• At least 3 years of experience with progressive responsibility in a warehouse role
• Experience managing others is a plus
• Forklift certification strongly desired
