What you’ll do- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending improvements, and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, lifts, pacers), identifying, counting, separating, combining, and scanning freight, using warehouse systems, terminals, scales, and scanners, and maintaining records, logs, and forms.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying policies in daily business practices.
- Maintain work area organization and freight flow by keeping areas clean, stacking empty pallets, and moving pallets using manual or powered equipment.
- Monitor freight to ensure cold chain and species compliance.
- Demonstrate skills in palletizing, machinery operation, ethical conduct, cold chain handling, material handling, order picking, and operating pallet jacks.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.90 - $27.40
*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
