We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse and shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities while maintaining a safe and organized workplace. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, warehouse experience, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures
- Safely operate forklifts and maintain forklift certification
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and complete required documentation
- Prepare, stage, and verify products for shipment
- Review packing slips and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Build, wrap, and organize pallets for shipping according to transportation requirements
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
- Follow hazardous materials handling and transportation procedures
- Identify and communicate operational issues while assisting with problem resolution
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and cross-functional teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment
- Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety
