Full-Time Preschool Teacher
(CDA or Degree in Early Childhood Education Required)

The YMCA Early Learning Center in Valhalla is a NYS OCFS‑licensed program serving children ages 18 months–5 years. We are looking for a passionate, nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our team and support children ages 3–5 in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons
• Create a warm, supportive classroom that encourages curiosity and confidence
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers
• Maintain daily documentation and classroom routines

• Positive, child-centered mindset
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Creative, flexible, and a team player

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA (required)
• Minimum 1 year preschool experience
• Teaching Certification/CDA required
• Full-Time
• Starting at $20/hour
• In-person position
