Join our dynamic Operational Excellence Enterprise Data Analytics team as a Project Manager. You will manage the lifecycle of diverse projects, including technical in nature, spanning operational improvement and transformation initiatives, special project implementations, and core Data Analytics efforts. Your role is to coordinate between skilled technical teams and stakeholders across the network to deliver solutions that enhance our analytical and operational capabilities.
You will focus on executing project plans, managing tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope and timelines. The ideal candidate is autonomous, curious, with strong communication skills, a structured approach to problem‑solving, and a drive for continuous learning. A technical background or experience is preferred as the role often interfaces with data, analytics, and application development teams.
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned technical projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple concurrent work streams, ensuring alignment across project priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, gathering requirements, and managing expectations.
- Assist in maintaining and prioritizing a queue of enhancement requests for existing products, aligning improvements with project goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and analytics teams to coordinate development tasks, track progress, and facilitate technical discussion.
- Follow established project management processes; create and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Identify project risks and issues, including dependencies involving external task ownership; manage necessary stakeholder follow‑up and escalated complex issues or roadblocks to senior team members or leadership.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Proactively learn about project management best practices, relevant technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI), and the healthcare domain.
- Two years of progressively responsible experience devoted to project management.
- Two years of experience in project management within a public health, clinical setting, health regulatory or health services related organization or program (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, structured problem‑solving approach, and a drive for continuous learning.
- Technical background or experience preferred to interface with data, analytics, and application development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (preferred).
