Pay Rate: $30 per hour
Location: Valhalla, NY
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
- Set up benchtop and pilot plant experiments.
- Manage product inventories, product entries, and purchase orders.
- Support pilot plant trials, product packing, shipping, and labeling.
- Lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Work in the lab under GLP/GMP practices.
- Ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and adherence to procedures.
- Interact with other employees to independently identify and organize resources for conducting experiments.
- Travel to manufacturing sites to support trials when required.
- Engage with suppliers in discussions related to ingredient purchasing and follow-ups.
- Science degree with experience in conducting experiments in science.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Outlook.
- Good communication skills – both oral and written.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team setting, collaborating with QA/R&D work teams on various project aspects.
- Self-motivated with initiative.
- Diligent and perseverant.
