Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow procedures of the department for proper calibration and use of lab equipment and instruments
- Review and report analytical data
- Perform routine lab testing with accurate and timely recording of test results into the Lab Vantage QC Management tool and utilize lab reference materials and resources for testing
- Perform analytical Round Robin testing
- Participate as a member of the FS/QA Team to ensure all protocols are followed
- Ensure that all computer-generated reports are maintained and monitored on a consistent basis
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the care, handling, and storage of beverage samples
