Je vertaalt strategie naar de werkvloer, begeleidt leidinggevenden bij implementatie en uitvoering, en bouwt mee aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie. HBO/WO HRM of Bedrijfskunde is vereist, net als AFAS-kennis en ruime HR-ervaring.
