Overview:

Directly responsible for monitoring phone calls and emails for our current workforce to ensure optimal staffing is maintained throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving phone calls from associates who are unable to fulfill their scheduled shifts and communicating the absence to the appropriate department.
  • Coordinating the covering shifts left open due to associate absences by contacting associates who may be available to work and adding the shift to the schedule in UKG.
  • Performing day‑of timekeeping functions for all departments, including processing timecards, entering missing punches, comments, and pay codes.
  • Maintaining the schedules on the day of, adjusting shifts, transferring associates between locations, and solving scheduling issues.
  • Communicating trends in guest demand, associate absences, and/or schedule changes to the Scheduling Team for adjustments in future schedules.
  • Coordinating the resolution of associate scheduling concerns by directing the associate to the appropriate scheduler, leadership team, or resolving the concern themselves.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have the ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to speak fluent English and communicate effectively, including the ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • Must possess good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
