Administrative Assistant – TCAC​/HUD

Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant – TCAC/HUD for a contract opportunity in San Rafael, CA within the real estate and property management industry. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional with experience supporting affordable housing compliance, resident files, applicant documentation, and TCAC/HUD processes.

The Administrative Assistant – TCAC/HUD will work closely with property management and compliance teams to maintain accurate records, support certifications and recertifications, and help ensure documentation meets federal, state, and property requirements. • Maintain, organize, and update resident, applicant, and compliance files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process and review TCAC and HUD documentation, including certifications, recertifications, and supporting compliance records.
• Assist with file audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and preparation of documentation for internal and external review.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in property management software, databases, and office systems.
• Provide administrative support including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, document management, and maintaining confidentiality of resident and company information.
