We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to the Office of the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, excels at managing complex priorities, and brings strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for the VP & CMO’s office
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and high-level scheduling
- Coordinate leadership meetings, events, and communications
- Screen and prioritize correspondence and incoming requests
- Prepare, edit, and review executive-level documents and reports
- Track action items and follow up across departments
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support administrative, financial, and budget-related tasks
- 5+ years supporting senior executive leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Experience in healthcare or academic environments preferred
