We are looking for a motivated and professional Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team and help drive service appointments, customer retention, and overall satisfaction.
Position Summary:
The Service BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications with service customers. This role plays a critical part in scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from first contact to completed visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently
- Perform outbound follow-up calls for missed appointments, declined services, and service reminders
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs and availability
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Work closely with Service Advisors and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and conversion goals
Qualifications:
- Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred (automotive is a plus)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
