We are looking for a motivated and professional Service BDC Representative to join our team and help drive service appointments, customer retention, and overall satisfaction.

The Service BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications with service customers. This role plays a critical part in scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from first contact to completed visit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming service calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Scheduling and confirming service appointments efficiently
• Performing outbound follow-up calls for missed appointments, declined services, and service reminders
• Communicating clearly with customers regarding service needs and availability
• Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Working closely with Service Advisors and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and conversion goals

Qualifications:

• Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred (automotive is a plus)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
