We are looking for a motivated and professional Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team and help drive service appointments, customer retention, and overall satisfaction.

Position Summary: The Service BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications with service customers. This role plays a critical part in scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from first contact to completed visit.

• Answer incoming service calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently
• Perform outbound follow-up calls for missed appointments, declined services, and service reminders
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs and availability
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Work closely with Service Advisors and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and conversion goals

• Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred (automotive is a plus)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
