A leading theme park operator is seeking an experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of the Entertainment & Events Division. This role involves providing leadership to the team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and collaborating with internal management to enhance park initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong motivational and communication skills, at least four years of leadership experience in a theme park, and a understanding of the entertainment production process.
A college degree is preferred, along with a valid California Driver's License.
