Overview:

This is a seasonal position lasting for the 2026 operating season only. Seasonal associates are let go for a period of no less than 13 weeks at the end of the 2026 operating season.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform in live animal shows as an MC or character.

  • Follow daily schedule for presentations as directed by the Entertainment Senior Supervisor.

  • Communicate and follow instructions from Animal Care Specialists as situations change.

  • Meet performance measurements and quality standards from the Entertainment Senior Supervisor.

  • Occasionally participate in creative production work.

  • Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards through all assigned tasks.

  • Maintain departmental and area safety policies and procedures.

  • Must work well with others and be able to work in crowds, heat, and cold for two (2) - Four (4) hour intervals during rehearsals and for 15-minute performances up to four (4) times a day.

  • Must also have high energy, enthusiasm, and be able to interact with Guests, maintain clean dressing rooms, and transport costumes to/from the performance location and wardrobe.

  • Must be able to complete own stage makeup in conjunction with show guidelines.

  • Performing scripted show, following blocking, and choreographies as needed.

  • Performing in other live shows that include Warner Bros licensed material.

Qualifications:
  • The ability to confidently perform in front of a live audience.

  • The skills to improvise interactions with Guests and other characters preferred.

  • The ability to demonstrate strong acting technique.

  • A background or degree in Theatre.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Constantly standing, talking, climbing walking, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, feeling, speaking clearly, hearing conversation, using hearing acuity, seeing near far, stooping, bending, kneeling.

  • Working in extreme heat, sun, cold, wetness, humidity and temperature change.

  • Must be able to carry and wear 5 to 10 lbs.of costume weight.

  • All lifts over 51 lbs. require help from a coworker or mechanical device.

  • Overtime of adults may be required from time to time to accommodate the business need.
