Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

• Evaluate patients' functional mobility and design individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore movement and reduce pain
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet goals
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safe functional strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and compliance

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in rehabilitation or outpatient settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Valid professional liability insurance if required by facility

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred or graduation from an accredited physical therapy program

• Skilled in therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility
• Familiar with common modalities and assistive device training
• Strong clinical reasoning and goal-oriented treatment planning
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and thorough documentation
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
