Rental Hub Manager

Clean Harbors is seeking a Rental Hub Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for rental equipment supporting environmental and industrial service projects. You will manage inventory, scheduling, logistics, and documentation to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery and return of equipment. Partnering with branch leaders and field teams, you will forecast rental needs, coordinate transportation, and track utilization and costs. The role includes supervising hub staff, enforcing safety and environmental procedures, optimizing processes, and using systems to monitor performance, while supporting continuous improvement and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rental hub for environmental and industrial equipment
• Manage equipment inventory, tracking, and availability to meet project needs
• Coordinate scheduling, transportation, and logistics for deliveries and returns
• Supervise and support hub staff, including training and performance oversight
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and compliance standards
• Monitor utilization, costs, and KPIs using rental and inventory systems
• Collaborate with branch and field teams to forecast rental demand
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and service records
• Support high-quality internal and external customer service
