As an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM), you’ll work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the studio runs smoothly, delivering a world-class Orange theory experience to members.

• Step in when the Studio Manager is absent to keep operations flowing
• Support studio operations, team coordination, and member experience
• Set and pursue goals in partnership with the Studio Manager to improve station performance
• Represent the Orange theory brand and share the science behind the workout
• Help members understand and achieve their fitness goals

Compensation: $20.00 per hour. Includes
