• 2 years of retail or customer service management experience, or +3 years United States Military experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the applicable country.
• Flexibility to support other stores or team members as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
