General Manager

General Manager Benefits & Compensation- Competitive base salary up to $85,000
- Performance-based incentives ($3000 per quarter)

- High school diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of upscale fast casual/QSR GM experience
- Effective spoken and written English communication skills

- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work variable hours based on business needs
- Previous experience developing and training teams
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience with hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record preferred
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to ensure operational excellence and outstanding guest service
- Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to achieve financial goals and control costs
- Ensure food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment
- Execute company marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Address guest concerns professionally and create solutions to continually improve service
