Economic Development Director
The City of Vallejo is seeking an experienced, innovative, and enthusiastic professional to serve as the new Economic Development Director. The City is looking for someone who can individually advance economic development in the city as well as provide leadership and direction for the Economic Development Department, including developing, implementing, and administering effective and efficient economic development, redevelopment, and asset management services.
The ideal candidate is excited about working with the local community and regional stakeholders to improve the quality of life in Vallejo and possesses the ability to create and implement effective strategies and programs and select, supervise, mentor, train, direct, delegate to, and evaluate staff.
