Title: Clinic Nurse (Shift Supervisor)

Job Duties: The Clinic Nurse (Shift Supervisor) assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout the facility. These activities are performed in compliance with the mission, philosophy, and policies of Crestwood Behavioral Health Center. The Clinic Nurse (Shift Supervisor) actively participates in and adheres to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives, is responsible for client care delivered on the clinical unit, and reports to the Director of Nursing.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) encouraged to apply.

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an LVN or LPT in the State of California.
• Current CPR and first aid certification.

Pay Range: $38.50 - $41.50 USD

About the campus: Crestwood Solano’s Our House (ARF) and its Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) are innovative programs based on Crestwood’s commitment to providing mental health clients a continuum of care that puts them on the road to recovery. Crestwood Behavioral Health Center Solano’s clients participate in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) treatment model, a self-help recovery system designed to decrease symptoms, increase personal responsibility, and improve quality of life.
