• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2830 - $3030

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time Labor & Delivery RN experience (within the last 3 years)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• ACLS certification
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or related field
• Preferred: 5+ years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience (within the last 2 years)
• Preferred: 1 year of high-risk labor and delivery RN experience within the last 2 years
• Preferred:
  High Risk OB experience

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

• Deliver expert nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit, including high-risk obstetric cases
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and assist with labor and delivery procedures
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
