Deliver direct/indirect care for psychiatric patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse;
Use de-escalation techniques and less restrictive interventions when providing nursing care;
Monitor patients' condition including vital signs and behavior; document observations;
Administer medications according to physician orders and coordinate with pharmacy/nursing staff;
Assist with admissions/discharges and intake interviews; provide patient education and safety instructions
