Job Overview
Cross Country Nurses is seeking a Travel Nurse RN – Labor and Delivery for a 20‑week assignment in Vallejo, California, starting 07/27/2026. The role requires a licensed registered nurse with obstetric experience and the ability to work 12‑hour days (36 hours per week).
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care in a high‑acuity labor and delivery setting.
- Assist with maternal and neonatal care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Manage complications and support patients and families.
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation in EPIC (if required).
- Valid California RN license.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and ACLS certifications.
- Preferred:
Baccalaureate in Nursing or related field. - Five or more years of recent labor and delivery experience.
- High‑risk labor and delivery experience within last two years.
- Teaching hospital experience and EPIC EMR proficiency.
