Assistant Nurse Manager, Maternal and Child

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager, Maternal and Child to support a technology-enabled care environment. In partnership with nursing leadership, you will coordinate maternal and child health services, oversee daily unit operations, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You'll use digital documentation tools, data dashboards, and IT-supported workflows to manage staffing, monitor clinical outcomes, and support regulatory compliance.

The role includes mentoring staff, leading quality-improvement initiatives, collaborating with physicians and IT teams, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
